Refund and Returns Policy

Return policy

All returns are subject to an approval first.  All items in new, unopened and unused condition can be returned within 10 days from shipping date and will be subjected to a restocking fee of 25% excluding shipping and any applicable sales tax charges. Please note we do not accept returns on any electric components and any opened or used part.

Cancellations

All cancellation orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of initial order. All other cancellation requests are subject to an approval first. If approved, they will be treated as returns and follow the same rules as above. No cancellation requests will be honored if requested within 48 hours of shipping.

DBKdirect does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn’t match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.

Refunds

If a refund is issued, please allow 48 to 72 hours processing time from the time of approval. 

Shipping

Orders placed with us are usually shipped within 5 to 10 days or less from the date of purchase depending on items. On some occasions, such as during sale periods or other peak times or unforeseen situations, this may take slightly longer.

Delivery times depend on delivery address can vary between 2-14 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Warranty

All items except electric components come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If the item fails due to a manufacturer defect within the 1-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or care.
