Suomy Track-1 Helmet Nine Seven Gunmetal/Red – Matte is the brand new latest generation SUOMY full face helmet derived from the racing world and made of TRICARBOCO (carbon/Kevlar®/glass fibers) with a fine solid color finish. The fascinating and optimized shapes of the shell are the result of in-depth engineering and aerodynamic studies aimed at guaranteeing an outstanding lightness and unparalleled dynamic behavior both on the road and on the track. The visor in optical class 1, the 90vertical and 210 peripheral visibility are, as always, the enviable trademarks of Suomy.

Shell

The shell is made of TRICOMPOSITE fiber, a new composite that offers a lighter yet more protective shell. The composite mixture includes carbon with varying weight/breaking loads, fiberglass, and aramid fibers, resulting in a lighter, but much more impact-resistant shell. TheTrack-1 is produced in two different shell sizes: M and L.

Protective Polystyrene

The internal polystyrene liner is made in three sizes (S, M and L) for better ergonomics and variable density. This allows for a gradual and progressive absorption of impact power. While most impact energy is absorbed by the external shell, polystyrene plays a crucial role in absorbing residual power. Different densities of polystyrene optimize the mechanical performance of the shell, ensuring maximum absorption across all areas.

Visor

The visor is PC injected, anti-scratch, with variable thickness. It is easy to remove with a tool-free system. The visor features a Racing Lock System for reduced detachment risk during crashes. The Track-1 is prepared for racing tear-offs. Clear visor is included, tinted visors are sold separately.

Pinlock

TheTrack-1 is equipped with PINLOCK MAX VISION 70, the most effective anti-fog system on the market.

Ventilation

During the hottest Grand Prix events, efficient ventilation is crucial. The Track-1 features three air intake ducts working with an integrated channel system to ensure excellent airflow inside the helmet. Hot air extraction is enhanced by two submerged air extractors and a rear spoiler creating a Venturi effect over the exhaust ports to expel hot air effectively.

Inners

The cheek pads and internal comfort lining are removable, washable, and replaceable. They are made of Hydrocool fabric with specific fibers to:

• Wick away sweat from the head
• Keep the head fresh and dry
• Be lightweight, soft, and breathable

Cheek pads are customizable and easily removable in case of emergency thanks to the quick release system.

Retention System

The chin is equipped with a DD-rings retention system for easy release.

Available spare parts include the nose deflector and air chin curtain.
