Return policy

All items in new, unopened and unused condition can be returned within 30 days from shipping date and will be subjected to a restocking fee of 25% excluding shipping and any applicable sales tax charges.

DBKdirect does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn’t match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.

Please note we do not accept returns on any electric components and any opened or used part.

Warranty

All items except electric components come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If the item fails due to a manufacturer defect within the 1-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or care. If you have any questions regarding the warranty, please contact us before purchasing the item.

Shipping

Orders placed with us are usually shipped within 10 days from the date of purchase. On some occasions, such as during sale periods or other peak times, this may take slightly longer.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and can vary between 1-14 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
